This one hour multi-level class is a combination of strength, balance and stretch using 2 - 5ft bars, weights, balls and resistance bands. Expect a full body workout with alignment tips to keep you safe while having fun. Everyone welcome! (Please bring your own yoga mat.)

Cycle Fit

Cycle Fit is an indoor cycling class with instructor guiding you through an incredible ride! Every class is a little bit different, but one of the great things about this class is it adaptable to your fitness level. Listen to your body and adjust the resistance accordingly.

Flow Yoga

A Vinyasa styled class inspired to refresh, renew and restore. Join Karin and Jody for dynamic and balanced class that connects breath and movement into flowing sequences of postures. Modifications and adjustments as well as safety and alignment are offered so beginner through intermediate students feel safe, supported and challenged. Each class is designed with attention to detail, sequencing, breath and music; all to inspire student’s full potential, inner awareness and self discovery.

SlowFlow Yoga

Using proper breathing and alignment, this gentle but challenging evening class is both energizing and relaxing, and a perfect way to wind down. Experience the long term benefits of improved balance, strength and posture, along with better focus and increased stamina. Experienced yoga practitioners and beginners are warmly welcomed to this non-competitive all levels class.

 

Total Body Strength

This total body workout includes upper and lower body strengthening and toning exercises that integrate core strength. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Expresso Pump

A fast paced workout designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. This 45 minute class will fly by as we work with hand held weights, weight bars and other equipment when possible. Vin/Yin Yoga

Come out Sunday mornings for a Vin/Yin yoga, a complimentary practice of active warming and passive cooling or flow and hold. This dynamic class will flow from on posture to another using conscious coordinated breath as a guide to build heat, increase metabolism and strength as well as reduce anxiety, stress and depression. Also incorporated is Yin-like time of passive hold to cool, increase flexibility, focus and clarity. All levels warmly welcomed!

 

Pilates Sculpt

Gain improved body awareness and confidence, strengthen your core, increase your coordination, improve your balance and sculpt your body! Class is 45 minutes in length followed by a 15 minute stretch.

Weekend Warriors Hatha Flow Yoga

This class is an all levels class in a flow style, with a different focus changing each week that will give you a chance to deepen and develop your practice, while building incredible strength, stamina and flexibility. Expect to feel energized, inspired and focused for the weekend. If you’re curious or nervous, don’t be shy-give it a try!

 

SomaYin

This class combines gentle Somatic movement with the quiet practice of Yin yoga. A relaxing practice that eases tension and restores balance. All levels welcome.
