A little background on the 16 Week Fitness Challenge...
Challenges for the Win!
After the twelve week challenge went off as a success in October of 2006, the second edition of the challenge commenced with a new twist. Team Challenge! Shades of the popular television series "The Biggest Loser", Valley Health and Fitness introduced this new format for all to enjoy. The 16 week team challenge began in early February, and runs until June. Fall individual challenges run from the first week of October until December. Prizes are awarded to top individuals and teams for categories such as most overall weight lost, most percentage of body-fat lost, and most participation!
So remember to look for the challenges around the end of Jan. and Sept.!
