How Do I Get Started?


We suggest that you take some time to think about your goals and needs. Be honest when assessing your strengths and weaknesses. The more our trainers know about you, the more effective your program will be. Fill out the Client Information Questionnaire wherever you feel comfortable, alone or with the trainer present, and use it to decide where you are at, and where you want to be. Itís just that easy!
