Cowichan Valley's best fitness gym located in Cobble Hill BC Valley Health & Fitness is a 7300 sq ft facility with cardiovascular equipment, selectorized and plate loaded strength equipment, functional training equipment, free weights, group fitness classes, indoor cycling classes and yoga classes. Valley Health and Fitness has five options totaling 22 pieces of cardiovascular equipment; working the heart, lungs and fat burn.

All areas are temperature controlled.

Valley Health & Fitness is a family oriented facility with members ranging in age from 13 to 88 years. Fitness levels range from beginner to elite.

Membership options range from daily drop-in, member guest drop-in, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
