CARDIO/STRENGTH/STRETCH with Karin Ingham and Christine Switzer
Start with 20 minutes of cardio then 20 minutes of strength and finish with 20 minutes of stretching. This class has a strong focus on core conditioning using the stability ball and resistance equipment. Designed to lengthen and strengthen muscles and maximize functional stability. Challenge the body not the brain.

THE WORKS with Jennifer Manson and Christine Switzer
Cardio, strength and stretch… This class uses all 3 of these to give you a total body workout in 60 minutes. Using the spin bike for cardio and then varying resistance equipment, this class focuses on cardio conditioning, building core strength and enhanced muscle tone. Finish with a yoga based stretch to complete the workout. All levels welcome.

SOMA YOGA with Ana Philippson
A gentle, functional, neuromuscular retraining to release tension and pain and to find more ease of movement and well being. Individuals are encouraged to honour their challenges and limitations; connecting mind, body and spirit.

LEVEL 1 YOGA with Ana Philippson
Open to all, this slow flow yoga class coordinates movement with breath while addressing participant’s challenges and limitations. The practice is based from the Vijnana (discerning, understanding) 7 principles: quieting the mind, breathing, intention, rooting, expanding, elongating, connecting mind/body/spirit.

SLOWFLOW YOGA (All Levels) with Connie Hoshizaki
Using proper breathing and alignment, this gentle but challenging evening class is both energizing and relaxing, and a perfect way to wind down. Experience the long term benefits of improved balance, strength and posture, along with better focus and increased stamina. Experienced yoga practitioners and beginners are warmly welcomed to this non-competitive, all-levels class.

WEEKEND WARRIORS HATHA FLOW YOGA (All Levels) with Connie Hoshisaki
This class is an all-levels class in a flow style, with a different focus changing each week that will give you a chance to deepen and develop your practice, while building incredible strength, stamina and flexibility. Expect to feel energized, inspired and focused for the weekend. If you’re curious or nervous, don’t be shy – give it a try!

FLOW YOGA (All Levels) with Karin Ingham
Start your week with a Vinyasa styled class inspired to refresh, renew and restore. Join Karin for a dynamic and balanced class that connects breath and movement into flowing sequences of postures. Modifications and adjustments as well as safety and alignment are offered so beginner through intermediate students feel safe, supported and challenged. Each class is designed with attention to detail, sequencing, breath and music; all to inspire student’s full potential, inner awareness and self discovery.

MEN’S YOGA (All Levels) with Connie Hoshizaki
Come and give yoga a try! This 75 minute, non-competitive yoga class is specifically designed for men. Benefits can include: stress relief, increased flexibility, calming of the mind and improved posture and balance. You’ll walk taller and sleep better!

VINYASA FLOW YOGA with Connie Hoshizaki
This 75 minute class will bring breath and movement into perfect harmony. Meditation and Pranayama will complete this class as you leave feeling calm and revitalized.

JAZZERCISE with Sabrina Greig
When you love your workout, results come easy. Jazzercise combines elements of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and more to create truly effective programs for people of every age and fitness level.
