This class has a strong focus on core conditioning using the stability ball and resistance equipment. Designed to lengthen and strengthen muscles and maximize functional stability. Challenge the body not the brain.

BOOT CAMP
Strength training, aerobic & anaerobic cardio conditioning, plyometrics! Jump start your fitness plan! This class is geared toward melting away the pounds, toning the body and enabling a healthy, active lifestyle.

CIRCUIT TRAINING
This class consists of interval training in the weight room which will improve your cardiovascular and muscle conditioning in one workout. Circuit training offers a time efficient workout for all fitness levels. All training is performed in our extensive weight room.

FITNESS BOXING
Rev-up your energy, tone and strengthen your body with Fitness Boxing! Get in shape and look great with this total body workout.

FLOW YOGA
A flow type of yoga class moving through a series of yoga poses. Class is based on the 7 principles of Vijnana yoga, quieting the mind, intent, rooting, connecting, breathing and elongating. Benefits of this practice include improved body awareness, physical fitness, enhanced mental clarity, greater self understanding, stress control and general well being. NOTE: Please ensure you arrive five minutes prior to the start of class and be mindful of those around you. Personal yoga mats are highly recommended, however the gym provides a small number of mats to borrow for the duration of the class. As many people are sensitive to perfumes & other synthetic fragrances, we ask that you save stronger perfumes/deodorants etc. for after class. To make practice more comfortable, refrain from arriving on a full stomach, bring a water bottle and hand towel and for the cooling down/meditation portion of class we suggest an additional layer of clothing or light blanket.

GENTLE YOGA
A gentle and restorative style of yoga for tightness or injury concerns. Class is based on the 7 principles of Vijnana - yoga, quieting the mind, intent, rooting, connecting, breathing, and elongating. NOTE: Please ensure you arrive five minutes prior to the start of class and be mindful of those around you. Personal yoga mats are highly recommended, however the gym provides a small number of mats to borrow for the duration of the class. JAZZERCISE

Jazzercise combines elements of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and more to create truly effective programs for people of every age and fitness level. Combine a great cardiovascular workout with resistance training and stretching that will increase muscle tone, flexibility, balance, strength and endurance using easy to follow movements to top 40 music.

JAZZERCISE EXPRESS
Pressed for time? Then consider this 30-minute workout featuring a streamlined fusion of strength and cardio conditioning. With targeted intensity and moves, Jazzercise Express provides great calorie-burning, muscle-toning results for even the tightest of schedules.

Sculpted arms, a strong core, tight glutes, and firm legs are the focus of this challenging 40-50-minute muscle toning workout that features a creative combination of strength training movements and stretching.

NIA
Nia is an exhilarating & dynamic movement program that empowers people to make their own movement choices by offering a flexible structure they can personally modify to suit individual needs. Created by Debbie and Carlos Rosas over 25 years ago, Nia blends dance arts, martial arts and healing arts, with an approach that will stimulate you to revolutionize the way you feel about fitness, focusing on how your body feels, rather than how it looks. Addressing the whole person, Nia will pump your heart, spark your spirit, lubricate your joints, motivate your mind, release your tension, enhance your balance and tone your muscles with expressive movement, and mindful awareness. Nia will move you! The foundation of Nia is the pleasure principle: if it feels good, keep doing it! Movements are designed to be adaptable by students according to their own intuition. From those who are just beginning, to dancers and athletes, students of all levels and backgrounds will be challenged and energized.

PILATES
Stott Pilates A fabulous addition to your exercise regime! A workout designed to give you a more balanced and aligned body that looks fit and feels revitalized. Overall programming aims to refine muscle tone and strength, not add bulk, and improve flexibility and posture. Focus is on bringing awareness to breath and alignment of the spine as a way to help strengthen the deep torso stabilizing muscles and improve body awareness. Modifications are given in class to allow for a personalized safe and effective workout. All levels welcome.

PILOGA
Class follows a combination of Hatha and Ashtanga postures with Pilates as a core component. Includes standing, sitting, and meditative components. Participants are encouraged to become familiar with basic posses and advance through to power postures progressively. Whether you are a first timer or consider yourself an advanced yogi this class will help you gain the benefits yoga can offer in a comfortable, non-competitive environment.

RESIST & FLEX

SATURDAY SIZZLE
Start your weekend off “hot” with this sizzling class. Fort those participants looking for that little extra push, this 1-1/2 hour class is offered once a week and is guaranteed to challenge you.

SPINNING
Spinning is a group fitness class done on a spin bike, with the instructor guiding you through an incredible ride! Every class is a little different, but one of the great things about spinning is its adaptable to your fitness level. Listen to your own body and adjust the resistance accordingly.

STEP BODY BAR
The ultimate fat-burner! Fun and challenging. Previous step experience is recommended, but not required. This workout offers great step choreography combine with muscular toning for those troubled areas.

YOGA
Yoga - Find balance between flexibility and strength in your own body. Learn how to fight stress, back issues, head aches and general pain in the body with a weekly yoga practice. This class is beginner friendly (even if you have never tried it) and helps every student to begin to understand their individual body needs as well as how to address them! A great way to unwind from a days work at the office or on your feet.
