Fitness Trainer Bio for Christine Cronin Christine Cronin
        Christine is a certified personal trainer with Can-Fit-Pro as well as a Certified Fitness Consultant through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (C.S.E.P.). Christine has also completed an advanced Swiss Ball training course through the C.H.E.K. (Corrective High Performance Exercise Kinesiology) institute.

Christine specializes in functional exercise as it relates to everyday activities, occupational or recreational. She enjoys riding horses, running, and a variety of outdoor activities in her spare time. If you need help with a new program or need a little motivation, she would be happy to design a personalized program with your goals in mind.

        Joel Verbruggen started weight training at the age of 17. Ten years later, he continues to train every day with enthusiasm and passion. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength Coaching Association (NSCA). Joel specializes in sport specific training, strength training, and plyometric exercise routines. He enjoys varying routines of strength training and bodybuilding throughout the year. Joel enjoys cooking and experimenting with a wide variety of healthy recipes. In his spare time, Joel enjoys hiking, sports, and reading.

        Fitness has always been a part of Karin Inghams life, along with travel and enjoying people. She has developed a solid foundation of experience and knowledge through a 20 year career in the fitness industry. Karin enjoys sharing knowledge and enthusiasm as well as making a positive impact in a health conscious community.

Karin has been a familiar part of the Valley Health and Fitness team since 1999, teaching a variety of group fitness classes, strength training programs and personal training. Karin continues to explore new avenues of fitness staying fresh with continued education courses throughout the year. She enjoys recreational and some competitive fitness outside of the gym in kayaking, rowing, skiing, biking, dragon boating and running.

        Sharon Rhind developed a love for fitness years ago and not only promotes a healthy lifestyle but maintains one as well. Here at Valley Health and Fitness Sharon is a Spin instructor, Biggest Loser Boot Camp group trainer and personal trainer. She enjoys running, golfing, gardening and cooking and to date has completed three half marathons.

With her energetic personality and motivating attitude she comes highly recommended by her clients. Whether you are new to exercise or would like to reach a new fitness goal, she is available to work with you, to challenge you, and to encourage and move you to accomplish your individual goals.

Turning her passion for healthy living into a career, she has been a part of the Valley Health and Fitness team since 2007. You will currently find her instructing Spin and Boot Camp classes, Biggest Loser Boot Camp group training and individual personal training.

Emily believes a fit and healthy lifestyle is achievable for anyone and particularly enjoys helping beginners feel comfortable in the gym setting. Emily will provide you with the tools needed to kick start life changes, shake up your current routine and reach your goals, whatever they may be!

        Jennifer has been active in the fitness industry since 2002. She has completed various certificates through the YMCA fitness curriculum as well as Personal Training Specialist with Can-Fit-Pro. She works hard to help her clients achieve their exercise goals and enjoys seeing the boost in self esteem and confidence that comes along with it.

Jennifer specializes in Kickboxing and Bootcamp style training as well as training for all ages, including kids. Jennifer enjoys hiking, boxing, kickboxing and volleyball in her spare time.
