Fitness Trainer Bio for Rachel Dean Rachel Dean
Are you bored with your fitness routine? Looking for some variety or a motivational boost? Contact me for a challenging, innovative and personalized exercise program.

I understand the ups and downs of staying motivated to exercise. I was a varsity wrestler for 9 years and after retiring from the sport I struggled with a lack of focus for training. However, after trying a spin class I discovered a new activity that excites me and drives me to stay fit. I believe that there is something for everyone and that you just have to try different things until you discover your passion. Other interests of mine include strength training, running boot camps and participating in mom & baby yoga!

I am available for training on evenings and weekends. Please contact me for a complementary consultation!
