Rule 1 YOU WILL RECEIVE A BODY
You may love it or hate it but it will be yours for the duration of your life on earth~ The body you are given will be yours for the duration of your time here, love it or hate it, accept it or reject it, it is the only one you will receive in this lifetime. Since there is a no refund, no exchange policy on this body of yours, it is essential that you learn to transform your body from a mere vessel into a beloved partner and lifelong friend. " as the relationship between you and your body is the most fundamental and important relationship of your lifetime. It is the blueprint from which all your other relationships will be built.
Rule 2 YOU MUST NOT MAKE ANY MORE EXCUSES
We all have done it, come up with what we think are valid and reasonable excuses not to put health and fitness a priority in our lives. That stops today. Short of serious illness or family emergency, all others are no longer valid. Instead of falling short of the expectations of this program you will commit to modifying - never eliminating any parts. So all of those, its too early, its too late, I'm too old, I'm too fat, I love food too much, I work too much, I sleep too much, I drink too much, my body hurts too much, I have other commitments or any other ridiculous excuses for you not being able to achieve success are now ELIMINATED!
Rule 3 YOU MUST MAKE ALL WORKOUT DAYS
We have put in place 2 time options per workout day that you should be able to fit into your schedule. An early morning and an evening workout. You will be teamed up with a cardio partner for the days in between the structured workouts to stay committed, motivated and accountable. If due to sickness, illness, injury, work, family you need to miss a workout, you must do a make-up. Make-up workouts are available with a personal trainer on a one on one basis anytime as well as a workout will be assigned to you by your team trainer upon request. 12 weeks is a long enough time that on occasion time constraints may arise, but we "MODIFY" never eliminating from our plan!!! Your team trainer is also able to modify all workouts to work around any injuries or issues you may have.
Rule 4 YOU MUST DOCUMENT YOUR FOOD DIARY EACH AND EVERY DAY.
This rule is crucial to your commitment to changing your eating habits. If you don't document what you are eating, we can't help you if you are struggling. This form of accountability is essential to making fundamental and permanent changes in your lifestyle. If your body fat and weight is not changing, we can reflect to your journal and figure out why. There is 168 hours in every week and we are responsible for 5 hours a week and you are responsible for the other 163, if you are not losing the weight, we need to look at what you are doing when you leave the gym. We know the training is effective and will obtain the results but not if you are sabotaging the whole process when you leave. You need to be 100% honest and HELP US - HELP YOU! This part is not negotiable and must be followed though. Your team Trainer will be checking your journals each and every workout.
Rule 5 YOU MUST BE READY FOR THIS COMMITMENT
This program is guaranteed to give you the weight loss you need, but you need to be ready. You need to have time set aside in your lifestyle, you need to have some support from friends and family, you must have financial means to buy healthy food, you must be able to commit and stick to your commitments and you are joining a team that depends on you as much as you depend on them for motivation, support and dedication. You will be part of a team that shares a journey together that will change your life and theirs and losing you off the team is not an option. Your trainer will expect 100% from you each and every time, to the best of your ability and level of fitness. Nothing unrealistic is ever expected. All you need is heart to be successful not the strength. We will help you with that.
